Fire in establishment at cookline on 2/13/22 with BFD reponse. Fire occured in pot of grease on stove that iginited per on site PIC Rodrigo Barcelos on site. Ansul did not discharge. BFD extinguished fire with a fire extinguisher upon response. Reponsibilities in reporting: PIC must notify ISD health division when such incidents occur. Establishment was not operating at the time of the incident. BFD popped lock to gain entry to extinguish fire.
