If you going to sell desserts out for retail sale in the self service beverage cooler you have to have a label of ingredients on the package - if you have the commercially prtepared desserts behind the counter is a glass refrigerated case you do not need to have the labels on them because it is understood the PIC can explain to the customer what the item is and provide a list of ingredients if need be
