Ensure all raw shell eggs are being stored properly in the self service refrigeration unit - sto on any foods that re on the bottom shelf to ensure eggs do not get cracked and potentially spill on fresh [ ready to eat ] produce - no foods were stored underneath the raw shell eggs during time of inspection

DIRECT CONTAMINATION PATH: Raw chicken contains Salmonella (23% of samples) and Campylobacter (71% of samples). One drop of raw chicken juice can contaminate entire shelf below. Results in 1-3 million US illnesses annually.
