As discussed PIC will need to not block the hand sink with any thing. I found mop bucket a bucket and equipment in the sink.

Controlling Pests (Pf)
PIC will need to do a cleaning on the kitchen and have pest control come out and do a full inspection. Please have them check all areas basement ceiling tiles and around the kitchen. PIC will need to have them provide a full inspection report to review. The notes should state what repairs need to be done and any evidence that he has found. Please fill the cracks along the back wall and around the door to the basement.
Why This Matters
SEVERE CONTAMINATION: Rodent droppings carry 35+ diseases including Hantavirus (36% mortality rate), Salmonella (20% of cases from rodents), Leptospirosis (kidney/liver failure). Mice contaminate 10 times more food than they eat through urine and droppings.

IMMEDIATE ACTION: Clean/sanitize all affected areas with 10% bleach solution. Discard ALL exposed food. Seal holes over 1/4 inch (mice) or 1/2 inch (rats). Remove food sources. Install bait stations. Professional extermination within 24 hours.

Hood filters will need to be cleaned. The hood sticker was blue and has an expired date of Oct but no year. PIC reach out to the cleaning company and have them clean the hood and provide an up to date sticker. PIC has added a grill top unit under the hood. Please discuss with cleaning company what sticker will be needed.
