Reheated chicken and sausage patties in the front service deli cooler with elevated temperatures between 78-97F. PIC stated that the meats had just been reheated and placed into the deli style cooler. Discontinue and ensure all TCS foods have been properly cooled prior to being placed out for service. All other foods inside of the unit were at below 41F.
