Several packages of deli meats with a past expiration date from April/May 2023. Address and ensure all food products are being checked prior to and whiloe out on the sales floor for expiration dates. Deli meats were removed at the time of the inspection.

Larger walk-in cooler with an elevated temperature of 46F. Discontinue use for any TCS foods until unit has been repaired and can maintain a temperature of below 41F. All TCS foods were removed at the time of the inspeciton and placed into a unit that was operatoing below 41F. Management stated that a technician was in route to make any necessary repairs.
