Concentration of sanitizer at sink is 400+ ppm have system re-calibrated to operate automatically at 200 ppm of quaternary ammonia per manufacturers specifications. Before system is re-calibrated instruct all employees to properly dilute sanitizer to achieve 200 ppm of sanitizer. Order a new test kit as test fell into water upon testing santizer.
