Provide & properly plumb the front counter handwash sink. No prep at the front counter until the sink has been installed per PIC

CONTAMINATION CYCLE: Using handwash sink for dishes spreads grease and food particles, making hand cleaning ineffective. Staff avoid dirty sinks, reducing handwashing by 60%. Creates breeding ground for bacteria at the most critical hygiene point.
Code Requirements
STOP all non-handwashing use immediately. Handwash sinks for HANDS ONLY. Clean and sanitize sink completely. Post signage 'HANDWASHING ONLY'. Designate separate sinks for food prep and dishwashing. Retrain all staff.

Ceiling in the side dining location observed with damage.Repair PIC stating that when it rains the ceiling leaks.Repairs are in progress.(temp repair in place) Provide a smooth/durable/claenable ceiling Upon re-inspection I spoke with owner Heeyoung Jang and explained that the ceiling issue will be referred to the ISD bulding department. PIC also instructed to forward all information regarding the upcoming meeting with the landlord about the ceiling to the ISD Health division
