Controlling Pests (Pf)
PIC will need to do a deep cleaing of the basement and have pest control come out and address fruit fly and rodents. PIC stated that pest control inspects twice a month. Please provide past pest control reports and have them come out each week until problem has improved. All pest control reports will need to be email to me for review. If the reports show that you need to do a repair then it will need to get done right away. This will help you. Provide a fan in the basement to help with fruit flies and a dehumidifier could help with the dampness.
Why This Matters
SEVERE CONTAMINATION: Rodent droppings carry 35+ diseases including Hantavirus (36% mortality rate), Salmonella (20% of cases from rodents), Leptospirosis (kidney/liver failure). Mice contaminate 10 times more food than they eat through urine and droppings.

IMMEDIATE ACTION: Clean/sanitize all affected areas with 10% bleach solution. Discard ALL exposed food. Seal holes over 1/4 inch (mice) or 1/2 inch (rats). Remove food sources. Install bait stations. Professional extermination within 24 hours.
