Cooling Heating and Holding Capacities-Equipment (Pf)
At time of inspection found containers of frozen meats and thawing meats in loose fitting contains to be delivered to the other location in Foxborough. PIC is ok to do this to one other location but will need to properly package foods and get coolers or equipoment to keep the food at or below 41F. 2-25-25 Please provide cooler to be used to transport food from one location to another at re-inspection.
Why This Matters
Improper equipment maintenance can harbor bacteria and contaminate food
Code Requirements
Immediate correction required. Follow health code section 105 CMR 590.004. Implement proper equipment procedures. Train all staff. Document corrective actions taken.

Controlling Pests (Pf)
In kitchen found droppings behind small freezer next to cook line and on electrical equipment on the wall behind the same freezer. Along the wall in the basement found droppings also. Please clean all areas and inform your pest control. Please email me the last two pest control reports. 2-25-25 PIc was not able to get pest control to come in before re-inspection date. All areas have been cleaned and will be monitored.Please have reports at re-inspection.
Why This Matters
SEVERE CONTAMINATION: Rodent droppings carry 35+ diseases including Hantavirus (36% mortality rate), Salmonella (20% of cases from rodents), Leptospirosis (kidney/liver failure). Mice contaminate 10 times more food than they eat through urine and droppings.
Code Requirements
IMMEDIATE ACTION: Clean/sanitize all affected areas with 10% bleach solution. Discard ALL exposed food. Seal holes over 1/4 inch (mice) or 1/2 inch (rats). Remove food sources. Install bait stations. Professional extermination within 24 hours.
