The prep sink in the basement did not have a prep sink. Please have one installed and a permit pulled at 1010 Mass Ave 10-22-24 PIC is working with a plumber to get a report / cost to do the work. If the work can be done please have him pull a permit and have it inspected. 11-13-24 Plumber did come by and is going to install the air gap. He will pull a permit and have it inspected.
