Dishwashng Facilities
The establishment has a service call to repair the reset button to the booster. During the inspection the wash temperature and sanitizing temperatures were below acceptable regulatory limits. The dish line was reconfigured to that dishes would be washed and rinsed within the dish machine and sanitized within the three-basin sink. A reinspection has been scheduled to verify proper operation of the dish machine the following morning.
