Cooked chicken salad inside of the open air cooler at 50F. PIC stated that they had been cooked from earlier that day. Discontinue and ensure all potentially hazardous foods are cooled to below 41F prior to being placed into the cold holding unit. All foods are discarded at the end of the day served for the next day.
