I observed the employee serving customers with no gloves bringing out plates to customers with ready to eat food. Employee was also at front counter preparing a drink with bare hands for a customer and did not wash his hands until after the drink was already prepared. I advised to remake the drink after he wash his hands properly with soap and water.-Discontinue making drinks with bare hands serve RTE and wash properly.

She was not maintaining a cooling log of chau lua/ bahn gio Could not answer questions in regards to how to cool properly. nor hot holding food.
