Controlling Pests (Pf)
I found evidence of rodent droppings in basement stairs to basement warewashing area under and in fake oven at to go counter. Please clean all areas so pest control can do a inspection. I did see a lot of traps around the location but if the location is cleaner and door sweep install could help. Please email the past pest control reports to me and my supervisor. 8-6-24 PIC has had the location cleaned and pest control inspects each week a few times. I will come back out in three weeks to check again.
Why This Matters
SEVERE CONTAMINATION: Rodent droppings carry 35+ diseases including Hantavirus (36% mortality rate), Salmonella (20% of cases from rodents), Leptospirosis (kidney/liver failure). Mice contaminate 10 times more food than they eat through urine and droppings.

IMMEDIATE ACTION: Clean/sanitize all affected areas with 10% bleach solution. Discard ALL exposed food. Seal holes over 1/4 inch (mice) or 1/2 inch (rats). Remove food sources. Install bait stations. Professional extermination within 24 hours.
