PIC will need to address repairs noted on the pest control report. General cleaning of all areas will need to be done and please have pest control come back out. When repairs are made please besure that pest control inspector removes if from the notes on his report.
Why This Matters
SEVERE CONTAMINATION: Rodent droppings carry 35+ diseases including Hantavirus (36% mortality rate), Salmonella (20% of cases from rodents), Leptospirosis (kidney/liver failure). Mice contaminate 10 times more food than they eat through urine and droppings.
Code Requirements
IMMEDIATE ACTION: Clean/sanitize all affected areas with 10% bleach solution. Discard ALL exposed food. Seal holes over 1/4 inch (mice) or 1/2 inch (rats). Remove food sources. Install bait stations. Professional extermination within 24 hours.

High temperature dishwasher not working at this time. Three bay sink is being used to wash equipment. Paper plates and silverware is being used until fixed. 2-26-25 PIC has a new dishwasher on order for this location. PIC is using paper plates for larger meals. Small plates and silverware is being washed in the dishwasher at the bar.
