Although each cutting board is cleaned and sanitized after use cutting boards color-coded and dedicated to chicken should not be utilized for the preparation of any other food item than chicken. The matter was discussed with the ownership and reviewed with the staff.

Non-Food Contact Surfaces Clean
There is a small amount of build-up on the handle of the walk-in refrigerator. The handle should be cleaned. Other refrigeration handles within the establishment were free from food soil.
