Observed mice droppings under and around the coffin freezer and in the bathroom located next store. Spoke to the exterminator on the phone and he stated that he batted around the area. The coffin freezer must be lifted or removed to clean/sanitize underneath and remove any dead rodents and mice droppings. PIC was able to provide reports from 11/27 and 12/10. Please address the recommendations on the report. Repairing a hole in the wall. Also clean the urine on the wall located next store.
