The temperature gauges on the high temperature dish machine are not properly working Per a thermal strip used at the time of the inspection the machine is properly sanitizing A service report was provided at the time of the inspection that showed that a service call was made and that the service technician indicated that the machine was operating properly. Another service call was made today and a service technician is en route to properly repair the gauges.
