Evidence of roach & mouse activity(droppings) were observed . Provide a full pest report upon re-inspection. PIC stating the galleria management is responsible for the pest control.I discussed the issues with the manager in the facilities office.Pest control to be notified of issues and will forward all reports to the Health division. (service is conducted on wednesdays)
