Live roche sighting on floor of kitchen ner the bagel prep area. Clean floor and remove roche activity. Provide extermination service and provide a reciept of service upon the compliance inspection. Also provide a detailed game plan from the exterminator that details course of action for dealing with the roche issue.
Why This Matters
SEVERE CONTAMINATION: Rodent droppings carry 35+ diseases including Hantavirus (36% mortality rate), Salmonella (20% of cases from rodents), Leptospirosis (kidney/liver failure). Mice contaminate 10 times more food than they eat through urine and droppings.
