Good Hygienic Practices
The grill staff (burgers hot dogs) need to improve. The handles to the undercounter refrigeration have some build up. The cook was observed grabbing hot dogs from the grill with gloved hands that had accumulated some grease during the cooking process. The grease had not built up on the handles suggesting that the handles are washed with proper frequency and the issue may be an infrequent occurrence. Management is to address the issue.
