Location has a hand sink on the other side of the store. The front counter was moved to the other side. The sink was not moved. The location will not sell any slush until sink is moved.

Location has a two bay sink to was equipment in at this time. No two bay santitizer available. PIC will need to provide sanitizer and test kit to be able to start to sell slush. PIC may want to ask about changing to a small three bay sink.

Location does not have a mop sink. The previous owner did have a variance to to use the toilet. Now that the location has moved the counter around I asked the PIC to have a plumber look to see where a mop sink can go. The mop sink will have to be enclosed also.
