I discussed with the PIC that the vanilla ice cream and shakes listed on the most recent lab report are not in compliance with bacterial counts. PIC instructed to discontinue serving the implicated items. Clean/sanitize the machine have item re-tested and forward results to the Health Department for review.

Large burrows noted along he parking lot in area where there is landscaping and soil- Provide an updated pet control report and make repairs to area to deter rodent activity

Hoods over cooking equipment missing hood stickers- Per the manager a hood cleaning was done on October 1st Company called to retaurn to place hood stickers on hoods
