The ice cream machine was still in use even though the reports showed very elevetad levels of coliform. Come up with a plan for shutting down the machine if this occurs in the future. (the machine was broken down and cleaned yesterday because the product was not freezing properly the manager will not serve product to customers until it is retested and determined to be safe) 6/24/2022 The machine was back in use without lab results available to show that the levels were safe. The drippings in the drip tray were green. The machine cannot be used until lab results show that the levels are safe.
