The ice cream machine was still in use even though the reports showed very elevetad levels of coliform. Come up with a plan for shutting down the machine if this occurs in the future. (the machine was broken down and cleaned yesterday because the product was not freezing properly the manager will not serve product to customers until it is retested and determined to be safe) 6/24/2022 The machine was back in use without lab results available to show that the levels were safe. The drippings in the drip tray were green. The machine cannot be used until lab results show that the levels are safe.

There was debris in the drip tray. Clean the machine and make sure that it is properly broken down and all pieces cleaned. 6/30/2022 The machine has been turned off and they are not serving ice cream but they have not had the machine retested. Have the machine retested to make sure it is fully cleaned.

Code Requirements
Install self-closing devices on ALL exterior doors immediately. Doors must close completely within 3 seconds. No gaps over 1/4 inch. Consider air curtains for frequently used doors. Keep doors closed when not in active use.
