Handwashing Sinks Installation (Pf)
All hand sinks on production line at 68F. Prep sink at 68F. High temperature dish machine is sanitizing at proper temperature. Basement bathoom hand sink at 105F. Service call has been placed. Spoke to supervisor Tracy via phone. Next day re inspection issued for hot water issue. No closure order issued.
