Observed dishwashing liquid on the prep sink for use and suds visible in the prep sink. PIC removed dish soap and was advised to sanitize the prep sink. PIC will retrain staff on proper usage of the prep sink.

Heavy evidence of gnats flying in the rear area around prep sink. Provide updated pest control report via email to shemica.debnam@boston.gov.
Why This Matters
