Controlling Pests (Pf)
At today's inspection there was a very strong odor throughtout the store. Evidence of mice droppings throughout the store. On the candy shelving inside the candy boxes inside the bottom cabinets where the microwave is being stored under the shelving where the chip used to be stored on the red counter in the corner on the floor near the back shelf(cat litter is stored) in the left hand corner next to the large 9 door refrigeration unit. Photos were taken. PIC provided a pest report that stated there were no catches but left out that there were still a lot droppings. Contact licensed exterminator and provide a detailed IPM report provide a mass trapping provide more frequent visits from the exterminator. Have exterminator check the ceiling and outside the property. Clean and sanitize floors/shelves to remove all new and old mice droppings.

SEVERE CONTAMINATION: Rodent droppings carry 35+ diseases including Hantavirus (36% mortality rate), Salmonella (20% of cases from rodents), Leptospirosis (kidney/liver failure). Mice contaminate 10 times more food than they eat through urine and droppings.
