Repair to be sure that items are getting cleaned and sanitized. 5/25/18 The machine is a low temp machine and it is reaching 120F but there is no sanitizer hooked up. Provide proper sanitizer levels to be sure items are getting cleaned and sanitized. (Dishes will be washed in the three bay sink until the machine is working properly)
