In basement walk in found raw chicken and eggs stored above corn.
Why This Matters
DIRECT CONTAMINATION PATH: Raw chicken contains Salmonella (23% of samples) and Campylobacter (71% of samples). One drop of raw chicken juice can contaminate entire shelf below. Results in 1-3 million US illnesses annually.
Code Requirements
REORGANIZE IMMEDIATELY - Top to bottom: Ready-to-eat foods, Fish/Seafood (145°F), Whole meat/pork (145°F), Ground meat (155°F), Poultry (165°F) on bottom. Use separate coolers if needed. Cover all foods. Train all staff on proper order.

Between the two location I found three prep sinks with out air gaps. Provide. 3-8-24 Location will need to install air gaps on all three prep sinks in the location. As discussed and an example picture given to PIC. The location has a double bay sink in first floor kitchen one at juice bar and another in basement kitchen.

At this time found a second kitchen on the front side of the location. The front side of the location has the name "Love & Light Bleand Pressed with love'. PIC will need to close the kitchen to this portion of the location. PIC will need to provide a enviromental plan building permits and plan review paperwork. 3-8-24 Spoke to PIC on the phone and he stated that he is waiting for the owner of the building to provide paperwork for him to come to the office and take care of the application to add second business name at this location. The kitchen in the basement is still set up but not in use at this time. PIC is doing all the cooking out of the first floor kitchen and the juice bar is making drinks.
