At this time found a second kitchen on the front side of the location. The front side of the location has the name "Love & Light Bleand Pressed with love'. PIC will need to close the kitchen to this portion of the location. PIC will need to provide a enviromental plan building permits and plan review paperwork. 3-8-24 Spoke to PIC on the phone and he stated that he is waiting for the owner of the building to provide paperwork for him to come to the office and take care of the application to add second business name at this location. The kitchen in the basement is still set up but not in use at this time. PIC is doing all the cooking out of the first floor kitchen and the juice bar is making drinks. 3-15-24 Spoke to Owner on the phone. He is waiting for paperwork from the owner of the building about the basement kitchen. He did not realize that the DBA had to be addressed right away. He stated that he will call the office today. He will address the kitchen later when he has the paperwork. Kitchen is nor being used at this time.
