PIC has several violations pertaining to food code.- Soiled food contact equipment Low temp dishwasher sanitizer is at toxic levels sanitizer buckets had no sanitizer in them and was corrected on site. Hood Sticker is Expired and soiled also not training staff to properly clean food and contact equipment. Train staff and self to maintain all of the above mentioned.

I observed cockroaches crawling in warewash area - Provide a current detailed IPM style pest control report from a licensed Pest control company
