I discussed with the PIC that the most recent mint ice cream lab report was not in compliance. PIC instructed to discontinue serving the implicated item. Clean/sanitize the machine have item re-tested forward results to the Health Department for review. PIC stating that the machine is cleaned Multiple times weekly
