Dishwasher in kitchen not able to get the temp at the plate to the 160F needed. I ran it 6 times and only got 147F. The wash temp was between 114F to 124F and the rinse was 184F to 187F. Rinse temp was good but not showing on measuring disk inside washer. PIC will need to use togo containers and wash equipment in three bay sink.

PIC will need to review the pest control reports and address the issues noted from the pest inspector. Today I found droppings around the tables and equipment by mops sink stairs to the basement All along the wall in the basement On shelves in basement holding the paper towels around the water heater and fruit flies around leaking old water heater. Please address the areas with a deep cleaning and have pest control come back out.
