Controlling Pests (Pf)
At this time found droppings along the wall by the door in the basement and under steps and arounf small water heater. Please clean and monitor. Please have pest control come out more if possible to address the basement and the ceiling. The lat reports did note multiple catches. 10-20-25 I did not see any droppings at this time but did see a dead mouse along the wall in the basement by the back door. I review the pest control report and found three cought and one live one during inspection. Please have pest control check behind the walk in n the basement. It looks like the walk in is off the ground and if that is the case please have that area checked. Please send me the pest control reports going forward until the next re-inspection. Please have them come out more often to address the issue. 11-7-25 PIC stated that pest control is inspecting each week. I was only able to see reports from 10-16-25 and 11-5-25 both with catches. Please print and have the other reports available. PIC stated that he did see one outside. Please have out side checked and traps. Have pest control aneck for holes or gaps in walls and doors.
