Improper Maintenance of Walls/Ceilings
1) The hood vent is due for a cleaning. Have the vent cleaned by a licesned company. 2) The vents in the hood vent are facing horizontal. Provide vents that fit into the hood properly. 3) There are damaged wall tiles in the kitchen. Repair or replace. (Pass) 4) The exterior doors are not rodent proof. Repair doors so they do not allow exterior light into the esatblishment to make them rodent proof.

OVERHEAD CONTAMINATION: Peeling paint and debris fall into food. Condensation on ceilings drips bacteria onto prep surfaces. Studies found ceiling tiles harbor Bacillus cereus spores. Restaurant ceiling collapse contaminated food service for 200 guests.
