No 2012 health permit - manager says he is taking over the business. Currently operating illegally. Go to the health department with the neccessary paperwork to complete the transaction. Cannot operate a business without a current heath permit or under the previous owners permit number

Why This Matters

Lack of supervision leads to: temperature abuse (bacteria double every 20 minutes), cross-contamination spreading pathogens, sick employees working with food, improper cooking allowing pathogen survival.
