At the time of the re-inspection there were many packages of baged chips and other food products with evidence of gnaw markings. Address and remove all adulterated foods and ensure store is being continuosly monitored for any types of adulteration. Pest control is on site daily unitl furhter notice as stated by management.

Install self-closing devices on ALL exterior doors immediately. Doors must close completely within 3 seconds. No gaps over 1/4 inch. Consider air curtains for frequently used doors. Keep doors closed when not in active use.
