Controlling Pests (Pf)
At this time found droppings on retail shelves at front counter pet food cereal and chips. Back room shelves and floor also. PIC will need to have all food shelves checked each day. Product on floor in back room will need to be put on shelves or movable storage units so they can be moved off the wall so pest control and put traps along the walls. A deep clean is needed in back room and retail shelves. Please have pest control bait in the ceiling and under all retail shelves. 12-3-24 Today visit I spoke with PIC and was told that back room was power washed over the weekend. Some organizing was done but product will need to be moved off the wall so pest control can get in to set traps and see if any holes in the walls need to be filled. PIC will need to monitor all traps under shelves in retail area. Pest control should be checking the ceiling and basement and provide notes on reports that will help between inspections. PIC has a work order in to have some patches/ holes fixed in the back room. The front counter chips shelves and back room will need to have extra traps or glue boards. PLease contimue to have pest control come the three days a week if not more until issues is corrected. 12-18-24 Please continue to have pest control check the basement and the ceiling now that all the hole have been filled or patched in the store and back room. PIC is putting candy chips and dog food in containers each night. Please continue until the problem is no longer a problem. 1-15-25 At this time pest control reports are still coming back with high catch counts. PIC will need to discuss with pest control doing more mass trappings and to check for any voids in the ceiling and basement.
