Address and provide an up to date detailed pest control report for the re-inspection. 8-28-17: Heavy rodent activity under shelving where chips were displayed remove shelving and throughlt clean and sainitze flooring area. 8-28-18: 7 bags of Dog food on shelving with holes eaten my mice manager discarded unsafe products at time of inspection. 8/29/17: Management is to provide a detailed IPM report to the City of Boston Health Department.
