Hand sink in the main kitchen area not securely fastened to the wall. Address and make any necessary repairs. Lower shelf of the preparation table in the main kitchen area with a rustlike substance and kitchen equipment being stored on it. Discontinue storing clean equipment on a rusty surface and clean to remove and resurace.
