At the time of the re-inspection there was a major back up from the floor drains located in the main kitchen area as well as the produce room and hallways near the walk-in coolers. All kitchen operations had ceased at the time of the visit and a voluntary disposal of all open an exposed foods had been conducted. Budge It Drains was on sight addressing the plumbing issue at the time of the visit. Detailed documentation from the drain company is to be provided to the City of Boston Health Inspector depicting what the issue was and what was done to address the issue prior to the kitchen re-opening.

Capacity-Quantity and Availability (Pf)
Hot water out of several sinks is running cold (45F). Address and make any necessary repairs to ensure hot water reaches the minimum temperature reuirements and is suffiecient during all operational hours. Hot water is available at other sinks and could be caused by one of the 3 heating units not operating properly. At the time of the re-inspection there was no way to verify that the hot water was operational due to the sewage back up. When the follow up visit has been scheduled and all repairs/cleaning has been completed hot water shall then be verified 1/17/2020.

Heavy ice build-up observed on the left corner of the walk-in freezer. Defrost clean to remove and make any necessary repairs. Unit was operating properly at the time of the inspection. Hand sink in the main kitchen area not securely fastened to the wall. Address and make any necessary repairs. Lower shelf of the preparation table in the main kitchen area with a rustlike substance and kitchen equipment being stored on it. Discontinue storing clean equipment on a rusty surface and clean to remove and resurace.
