Small ice cream chest with excess frost build-up. Defrost and clean to remove. Excess moisture observed on the floor in the back storage room near the mop sink. Clean to remove to help minimize fruit fly activity. Kick plates to be removed from the sales shelves and any excess food debris and spills are to be completely cleaned and sanitized prior to the re-inspection being conducted. Once kick plates have been removed management is to then properly monitor and routinely clean under shelves and check for any type of rodent/insect activity.
