Kick plates to be removed from the sales shelves and any excess food debris and spills are to be completely cleaned and sanitized prior to the re-inspection being conducted. Once kick plates have been removed management is to then properly monitor and routinely clean under shelves and check for any type of rodent/insect activity. Kick plate removal/cleaning has been scheduled for Wednesday 9/21/2022.
