Bag of dog food observed with gnaw markings. Address. Adulterated bag of food was removed at the time of the inspection. Bag of dog food as well as packages of candy observed with gnaw markings observed at the time of the re-inspection. Address and remove any and all adulterated foods.

Evidence of what appear to be rodent droppings observed on the shelves where dog food is being stored. Address clean to remove and provide an up to date pest control report for the re-inspection. Pest control is to be on site more frequently to address the current rodent issues. An updated Pest control report is to be proivded at the next follow up visit.

Clean to remove. End caps at the front service registers heavily soiled and with food debris and what appearst to be rodent droppings. Clean to remove all. Side storage rooms to be cleared and cleaned to minimize any rodent harborage.
