I review pest control reports. Please be sure that staff is reading reports and making the corrections noted on the reports. reports should repairs going back a month or two. Also found some droppings in the retail area by the small bagged nuts and cookies. Please address this with pest control. Back room will need to be organized so that pest control can get along the walls to do a proper inspection. 5-14-25 At this time PIC stated that pest control did not come back out. PIC will need to have the repairs done that are noted on the report and cleaning of dry food and open food packages on retail shelves. Back room will need to be organized so pest control can get in to do the inspection.

SEVERE CONTAMINATION: Rodent droppings carry 35+ diseases including Hantavirus (36% mortality rate), Salmonella (20% of cases from rodents), Leptospirosis (kidney/liver failure). Mice contaminate 10 times more food than they eat through urine and droppings.

IMMEDIATE ACTION: Clean/sanitize all affected areas with 10% bleach solution. Discard ALL exposed food. Seal holes over 1/4 inch (mice) or 1/2 inch (rats). Remove food sources. Install bait stations. Professional extermination within 24 hours.

PIC will need to clean the shelves in the freezer on retail floor from dry ice cream. Under the small package nuts as discussed found some rodent droppings. Please clean to remove and infor pest control. 5-14-25 At time of re-inspection found dry ice cream in freezer that was not cleaned up. Also in retail area found open packages of food by customers that are not being cleaned up. Please clean all retail shelves of dry foods.
