Door sweeps on the rear exit doors to the back storage room do not completely seal/prevent rodent entry. Address and replace/install proper door sweeps on all doors affected. Door sweeps have been ordered as of 9/12/2025.

At the time of the re-inspection the utside dumpster area with excess trash and debris. Clean to remove with more frequency. Establishment has increased pick ups in order to accomodate the amount of trash and debris. Lids to the outside dupmsters were open at the time of the re-inspection. Discontinue and ensure lids remain closed when not in use.
