There are several violations including bare hand contact and hahndwashing not met at the time of inspection Date Marking and Not knowledgable of illness policy and many things I asked. Manager was not available but staff was able to reach him via telephone- Train staff ther importance of day to day operation and to utilize handsinks for hanwashing only Sanitizer was at toxic level and staff could not tell me where and if they had pest control for the flies.
