Excessive amounts of small black flies noted throughout establishmnet including in preparation areas and in warewashing. Per a phone conversation with the manager at the time of the inspection the establishmnet does not currently use a pest control company and has been treating the issues themselves. Provide a detailed pest control report from a licensed pest control company
